When it comes to crew catering, you need to know your team will be looked after, from security & medics, to volunteers, musicians, artists & actors. All fed & watered on time, every time.
Whether you need a hot ‘Poke’ bowl style lunch with drinks for 20, Event Staff catering for 400, or major on-site festival crew catering providing breakfast, lunch & dinner for up to 2000 per sitting, we’ve been there & done that!
From basic cold breakfasts with pastries delivered on platters with fruit & drinks, pre-made takeaway / grab & go hot or cold bags & bowls, if it’s from a temporary pop-up gazebo or whether you need a fully staffed & installed around the clock kitchen & service operation, we’d love to talk through your requirements, budgets & preferred options.
In 2025 Fresh Catering was appointed as the main Crew Catering partner for The Big Church Festival in Sussex, providing 20,000 meal servings in 8 days.
